Whey protein can be utilised for every fitness goal;
It is just a substitute to the proteins that your supposed to get from your food when you have difficulty meeting your daily requirements.
Your fitness goals are partly dependent on your food intake, by food intake I meant calories and within those calories you need to fit in your protein,carbs,fats and micronutrients.
When on requirement can’t be met, you substitute it.
SUBSTITUTE, WHEY PROTEIN IS A SUBSTITUTE.
